    ZIPPER WITH AUTOMATIC HITCH Object of the invention
    The object of the present invention is a zipper with automatic easy-to-use hitch, being a versatile product and especially useful for fixing damaged zippers or for changing the image of a garment, being able to combine different formats of zips for the same garment or complement.
    State of the art
    Zip closure systems are commonly used in garments and accessories. However, with continued use they tend to deteriorate, so some device or mechanism that solves this problem is necessary. Thus, a zipper is necessary to avoid the need to fix the zippers in dressmakers when the closures have deteriorated.
    Description of the invention
    An object of the present invention is a zipper closure comprising an automatic hook to the clothes based on a tongue and groove or clip-like connection on both sides of the zipper to facilitate its change once the closure itself has deteriorated. More specifically, the zipper closure object of the present invention comprises a part fixed to the clothes and an interchangeable part; where the fixed part comprises first joint elements jointly joined to a garment on one of its sides; and where on the opposite side, they are joined to the interchangeable part, which comprises second longitudinally arranged second connecting elements, in parallel with respect to a zipper closure and fixed to said closure; and where the first joining elements and the second joining elements constitute a tongue and groove joint or by clip to each other.
    Thanks to the present invention, damage to the garments during the repair is avoided, since the zipper closure does not have to be sewn or unfastened, since it is simply necessary to unhook the interchangeable part (which comprises the zipper itself) of the fixed part and place a new one, joining by clip or tongue and groove.     Statement of a detailed embodiment of the invention
    As can be seen in the attached figure, the zipper comprises a fixed part that is configured on the basis of a garment (4) comprising first joining elements (1,1 '), where said first joining elements (1 , 1 ') are fixed on both sides of an opening of the garment (4) and logically facing each other. That is to say, that each first connecting element (1,1 ') has one of its sides fixed to both sides located opposite in the opening of the garment (4) while the other (opposite) side of the opening of the garment (4) is suitable for joining (jointly and interchangeably) with second means of attachment (2.2 ') which together with the zipper (3) itself, constitute an interchangeable part in case of breakage of the zipper ( 3), since the second connecting elements (2,2 ') are arranged longitudinally, in parallel with respect to the zipper closure (3) proper and fixed to said zipper closure (3).
    In a particular embodiment, the first joining elements (1,1 ’) and the second joining elements (2,2’) joined one by one constitute a tongue and groove joint or clip together.

    Thus, thanks to the described invention, ripples that cause damage to the garments will be avoided as a repair of the entire zipper is not necessary. In addition, they allow a lower cost of repair, since at present the garment must be unfastened and re-sewn, while with the device of the invention this task will be as simple as unhooking the part of the zipper from the fixed part of the zipper.     On the other hand, the invention allows different zipper models to be adapted to the garment or complement depending on the tastes of the consumer, which allows to innovate with the aesthetics of the garments at a low cost.
    The proposed invention also prevents hooks of the zippers on the textile part of the garments, the reason for this is because the zipper (3) has a guide (6) (male and female) on the inside of the zipper (3) avoiding contact with the garment (4), which allows in case of breakage of the cursor (5) at an unforeseen moment it is possible to unhook the male from the female facilitating to separate the zipper (3) from the garment ( 4), without the need to force the zipper (3) and avoid major breaks and even of the garment (4).
    The guide (6) and the garment (4) that is constituted as a fixed part, can also be made with eyelets incorporated in both parts in an aligned manner, in which the independent clicks that will make the union between both parts, garment ( 4) and guide (6). In this case, the locking system in Figure 1 is done with independent clicks. That is, in this embodiment there would be two tongue and groove joints, the one formed by the closure system between the first and second joining elements (1,1 ', 2,2') and the tongue and groove joint between the second joining elements (2 , 2 ') and the guide (6) tongue and groove.
    Logically, in the present description garment (4) means not only clothing, but also accessories (such as handbags or wallets) and footwear, so the invention is directly applicable in any element that needs or implements a closure zipper type.
